What to expect when you purchase an Urby Gift Certificate?

     •     As usual, an 'order received' email will be sent to you within 24
            hours informing you that your order has been received by us,

     •     Once your has been processed, you will receive an email with the
            subject title 'Urby Gift Certificate Customisation Request'. In this
            email, you will be requested to enter and reply us the following:
            -     your personal message to the recipient, 
            -     the recipient's email that you would like us to send to, and
            -     a password to minimise the chance of unauthorised usage 
                  (password is only known to Urby Management, you and the 
                  recipient).

     •     Immediately after eveything is in order, we will send the gift
            certificate, by email, to the recipient of your choice and cc a copy
            to your email. 

     •     To redeem your Urby Gift Certificate, just key in the serial number 
            located on the Urby Gift Certificate when checking out your
            shopping cart like this.


Important

     *     Somethin' Urby Wall Expressions Art Sdn Bhd shall not be held
             responsible for any misuse of the Urby Gift Certificate beyond
             requesting for the gift certificate serial number and the password
             provided by the purchaser. Once the serial number and the
             password matches, the transaction shall be deemed valid and
             binding. 

     *     1 (one) Urby Gift Certificate is only valid for a single use.
